(Oklahoma City-AP) -- A statewide Red Flag fire alert was issued Tuesday by the Oklahoma Forestry Services.

The agency says warm, windy and dry conditions are creating an extreme fire danger in all 77 Oklahoma counties.

All outdoor burning should be avoided when wind speeds are more than 20 miles per hour and extra precautions are needed with all outdoor burning.
