Two Tulsans arrested in connection with meth lab bust

A father and son are behind bars following a meth lab bust in southwest Tulsa Monday morning.

The arrests came at a home near 51st and Union around two o'clock Monday morning. It started as a routine traffic stop just blocks away. Authorities discovered chemicals for making a meth lab inside the car. That led them to the home.

Tulsa Police officer Charles Pierce, “ At this residence, officers discovered more products for making a meth lab and made 2 arrests.” Kenneth and Michael Garell are in custody.

They face charges of manufacturing methamphetamine.
