COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) _ Trisha Skibbe had 26 points and 14 rebounds, and Thia Willis added 21 points to lead Oklahoma State to a 68-48 victory Wednesday night over Texas A&M.
They came within a point of equaling Texas A&M's entire output.
The Cowgirls (7-18, 3-11 Big 12) shot 49 percent from the field to 35 percent for Texas A&M (10-15, 3-11), which has lost three straight.
Toccara Williams, Janae Derrick and Natasha Summerville each scored 10 points for Texas A&M. Williams also had five rebounds, four assists and four steals.
Oklahoma State led throughout the game, including 28-23 at the half.
A&M's bench outscored the Cowgirls' bench 21-0 as only the five OSU starters scored.
``For two years now we have beat (Oklahoma State) there, but they have come back and beat us here,'' A&M coach Peggie Gillom said. ``They wanted this game and they came in thinking they could win and did. We just couldn't score and we let them get on a tear. Two players nearly outscored us by themselves.''
