(Undated-AP) -- Two members of top-ranked Oklahoma State's wrestling team lost their matches Monday night at the 37th annual NWCA All-Star Duals.
Chris Pendleton, who had been unbeaten, lost 7-to-3 to Greg Jones of West Virginia at 174 pounds. Muhammad Lawal also lost, 6-to-4 in sudden-victory overtime, to national runner-up Jon Trenge of Lehigh at 197 pounds.
Jones scored on an escape and a takedown in the second period to take a 3-to-1 lead. He added two more takedowns in the third period, including one at the buzzer.
Oklahoma also had two wrestlers at the event. Bo Maynes beat Chris Rodriguez 8-to-0 at 125 pounds and Witt Durden lost in sudden-victory overtime to Josh Moore of Penn State, 5-to-4.
The meet was held at the University of Delaware.
