(Norman-AP) -- The Oklahoma women's gymnastics team racked up its second victory of the weekend with wins over Utah State and Boise State.
The Sooners swept top honors on every one of Sunday's events and snagged 10-of-12 event scores. Oklahoma is now 3-and-5 on the season.
O-U head coach Steve Nunno says the wins highlighted a great team performance. Nunno says the Sooner women are developing a personality as a team that will achieve better things.
Senior Patricia Aoki claimed the all-around title and finished atop the final standing on the floor exercise and vault.
Co-captain and senior Christy Gerard finished a close second in the all-around. Gerard shared the highest score on the balance beam with freshmen Kelly Haggerty and sophomore Allison Landis.
