(Webbers Falls-AP) -- A 14-foot-high memorial made of metal from the wreckage of the Interstate 40 bridge collapse will honor the victims.

The memorial will be topped with a bronze sculpture of a little girl reaching for the sky.

She'll represent the youngest of the 14 victims, 3-year-old Shea Nicole Johnson of Lavaca, Arkansas.

Ten vehicles plunged into the Arkansas River near Webbers Falls after a tugboat pilot accidentally drove two barges into the bridge's piers.

Oklahoma City artist Shahla Rahimi-Reynolds has been chosen by a Webbers Falls search committee to design the memorial. The town wants to unveil it during a Memorial Day ceremony this year at a park two miles from the accident site.

Her selection needs Oklahoma Department of Transportation approval because of the 120 thousand dollars in federal funds earmarked for the project.
