A union that represents workers at three Conoco plants is threatening to go on strike.

Plants affected include the one in Ponca City, along with Billings, Montana, and in Denver. The union accuses Conoco of trying to eliminate seniority, job classifications, arbitration and more. It says if a new labor agreement isn't worked out by April 1st, union members will walk.

Talks have been going on since February 1st.
