(San Jose, California-AP) -- The Oklahoma Sooners are headed to their first Final Four appearance in 14 years.
Hollis Price scored 18 points and Ebi Ere added 17 as O-U beat Missouri 81-to-75 in the finals of the NCAA West Regional in San Jose, California, yesterday.
The Tigers gave Oklahoma its stiffest challenge yet in the regional, coming as close as 54-53 after Coach Kelvin Sampson drew a technical foul that precipitated a 10-to-3 run with under 15 minutes remaining.
But OU players kept their cool and the lead throughout the second half.
Aaron McGhee scored 15 points, while Quannas White added 12 points and seven assists.
Rickey Paulding scored 23 points for Missouri.
OU will play Indiana next Saturday in Atlanta.
