A man and his son will face a judge and jury next month. They're accused of running a puppy mill in Duncan.
Animal Control Investigators uncovered the unlicensed operation last December in J.V. and Jack Holt's home.
Of the 251 small-breed dogs found, animal control had to euthanize 72 of them.
The men insist the dogs were all pets. A judge ordered the pair bound over for trial yesterday. The trial could begin next month.
