SEOUL, South Korea (AP) _ A three-story residential building collapsed in a suspected gas explosion in the western city of Incheon on Wednesday. One person died and 15 were trapped in the rubble, police said.
Eight people injured in the blast were taken to hospitals, according to police in Incheon, just west of Seoul. Some were seriously hurt.
Hundreds of people in the area were evacuated after the explosion, which happened shortly before 7 p.m., police said.
Police suspected a gas leak caused the explosion.
