(Norman-AP) -- For Oklahoma, it's twice as nice.
The Sooner women beat Villanova 66-to-53 last night to advance to the Sweet 16 in the N-C-A-A tournament. The O-U men accomplished the same fete Sunday.
It's the third-year in the row the Oklahoma women have made it to the Sweet 16.
O-U will play Texas Tech Saturday in Boise, Idaho.
O-U beat Tech twice during the regular season.
Oklahoma improves to 29-and-3. The 29 victories is a school record.
The crowd of 11-thousand-245 was the largest to watch a women's game in state of Oklahoma, surpassing the 11-thousand-200 mark set during the first-round games Saturday night.
