An Oklahoma high school student is taking her case to the US Supreme Court this Tuesday.
Former Tecumseh student, Lindsay Earls says her school violated her Fourth Amendment right 3 years ago. Earls was forced to take a urine test in order to participate in high school extra-curricular activities. She says it was unreasonable search and seizure.
The ruling, expected by the end of the summer, will affect drug-testing policy for schools across the country.
