A part of Utica Square is expected to come crashing down this weekend. The Utica Square Medical Center is scheduled for implosion Sunday morning.

The building was built in phases, beginning in 1953, with the tower floors built in 1964. It housed a variety of medical practioners throughout the years.

No official word yet on what will take its place.
