Tuesday morning has a special meaning for a group of local retirees. They're helping build a better Tulsa.

The Tuesday Morning Miracle Workers spent the day framing two homes on East 32nd Place North. The houses will be complete in about ten weeks. The purpose of the project is to help eliminate sub-standard housing in Tulsa.

The retirees work every Tuesday morning barring any weather delays. Eleven homes have been built by the Tuesday Morning Miracle Workers.

Two families have been selected to move into the homes when they are completed.
