(OKLAHOMA CITY) - A man who wanted a lot of change could face a lot of time behind bars when police find him.

According to an Oklahoma City police report, the unidentified man walked into Ace Cash Express on the northwest side Tuesday afternoon and showed a clerk a bill with $1,000,000 printed on it. It looked like legal tender, the police report stated.

The clerk called police.

When an officer showed up, the man said, "I was just trying to see if it was real,'' the report stated.

The officer placed the man in the back of a patrol car, but the man escaped.

If caught, the man could face a complaint of trying to obtain money by false pretenses.
