Pair formally charged in Tulsa Co beating death

Prosecutors filed charges Thursday in the death of a man found along side a Tulsa road. 43-year-old Paul Elliott is charged with manslaughter for the beating death of 21-year-old Bradley Dean.
Dean's body was found in the 4000 block of East Dawson Road ditch late last month. Deputies believe he died in a drug-deal.
Also charged manslaughter was Randy Barrett. Barrett turned himself in a few days after Elliott’s arrest
