Oklahoma City is getting some high marks for businesses to relocate or expand.

The survey of "America's 50 Hottest Cities" was done by Expansion Management magazine. At the top of the list was Jacksonville, Florida. Oklahoma City came in at number 4, that's up from number 30 last year. Tulsa came in 26th with Lawton ranked number 47.

The list was compiled after a survey of consultants who help companies find information on cities they are considering.
