For the families of Bill Webb and Martha Scott, they say they're glad the law finally caught up with Rodney Talbert. And they hope he stays behind bars for a very long time.
Scott's brother says he's relieved. He says it’s been a long three days waiting for word on his sister. And despite what police say, Scott's family believes Talbert did kidnap her a second time. Mike Scott, "She left here to go get personal effects from a trailer that she hasn't been to but a couple of times in the last year or two out of fear for him. That's the area they couldn't find him in and he just head out like a roach under a rock, waiting for her."
Webb's family wants Scott to remember their father gave his life for her. They hope her testimony will be helpful during Talbert's trial.
