Tulsa Police are investigating a fatal accident near Woodland Hills Mall that left one woman dead.

The accident happened around 9:45 AM Friday. Police say it appears the woman was attempting to turn into the mall entrance on 71st street when a truck traveling westbound at a high rate of speed broadsided her car. A 17-year-old male was driving the truck. He was taken by EMSA to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries.

The victim's name has not been released.
