Two people are behind bars after a long overnight chase that ended in Glenpool.
Around two o'clock Friday morning, a trooper tried to pull over the driver of a pick-up for a routine violation. The driver took off, and wound his way around several streets and gravel roads. Speeds reached 100-miles per hour.
Authorities lost sight of the truck but a resident who lives on 181st Street called and said it was in their yard. The suspects were found a short time later and arrested. OHP trooper Mike Yelton, "There's an active lab in the truck, methamphetamine lab and also the driver had paraphernalia, drug paraphernalia consistent with that on his person."
A check shows the truck was stolen from Sand Springs. The suspects were taken to the Creek Country Jail. Charges are pending.
