The Oklahoma City based Feed the Children is living up to its name, in Afghanistan.

Officials with Feed The Children say it's sent more than 40-tons of food and supplies. Everything from food, clothing, shoes, tents, sleeping bags, blankets, diapers and water purification kits.

Feed the Children, says their donation is the first humanitarian aid to reach the refugees that wasn't supplied by the military or the United Nations.
