OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The Oklahoma State and Oklahoma basketball teams continue to climb in the AP ratings.

Oklahoma State is fifth this week, up one spot from a week ago. The Cowboys improved to 12-0 with an 85-76 victory over Arkansas on Saturday.

Oklahoma made the biggest jump in the ratings released Monday, moving from 22nd to 12th on the strength of their 72-56 victory over then-No. 2 Maryland on Friday night.

The Sooners are now 9-1.

The loss dropped Maryland to eighth.
