OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ A suspect in the murder of an elderly Oklahoma City man was arrested Thursday morning in Memphis, Tenn.

Harry Edwards, 18, was taken into custody at his mother's home about 10:30 a.m. by Memphis police on an Oklahoma murder complaint, said Oklahoma City Police Capt. Jessica Cummins.

Edwards is a suspect in the death of George Read, 87. Read's body was found Tuesday in his northwest Oklahoma City apartment by his daughter.

His burned car was found Monday night in south Oklahoma City.
