It's been almost a year since the plane crash that killed 10-members of the OSU basketball family. The dedication of a special memorial at the Stillwater campus has been postponed.
The original date to dedicate the life sized bronze statue of a weeping cowboy was January 26th. The crash happened on January 27th. University officals say having the dedication so close to the actual anniversary was going to be too hard for the families, so the dedication has now been set for Feburary 23rd at Gallagher-Iba arena
