Albertson's has joined the Marines Reserves in the spirit of Christmas. Albertson's donated $2,000 worth of toys to the Marine Corp Reserves Wednesday, to help the Toys for Tots campaign.
Overall, toy donations have been significantly lower this year, but the Marines hope Albertson's generosity will encourage others to give to the drive. USMC Staff Sgt. Chris Van Goethem, "We distribute it through local charity groups here in the Green Country area. All the toys stay in North Eastern Oklahoma. It's a really great foundation."
If you'd like to help out, your new toys can be dropped off at any Albertson's store until December 22nd.
