VESTAL, N.Y. (AP) _ Markius Barnes scored 29 points as Oral Roberts beat Binghamton 70-54 on Tuesday night.

Oral Roberts (1-4) jumped out to a 25-9 lead as Binghamton (2-3) made just two field goals in the game's first 14 minutes. By halftime, the Golden Eagles had a 43-19 lead and the Bearcats got no closer than 12 points in the second half.

In the first half, Binghamton shot 5-for-22 from the field.

Barnes scored 25 of his points in the first half.

Luke Spencer-Gardner had 12 points for Oral Roberts and Richie Myers added 11.

Freshman Andrew Hannan led Binghamton with 15 points.
