It's been more than 9 months since a plane crash killed ten members of the OSU basketball family. The insurer of that charter plane is now facing several lawsuits.

The families of Nate Fleming, Daniel Lawson, Will Hancock, Jared Weiberg and Bjorn Falistrom filed wrongful death lawsuits Friday. An attorney for one of the families says the suits come after unsuccessful negotiations with United States Aviation to settle claims.

The plane's owner, North Bay Charter is named in the suit along with the estate of the pilot, Denver Mills.

The families of the other victims have agreed to settle their claims.
