A Tulsa man charged with murdering his roommate is being held without bond.
Billy Baldwin is being held in the death of 20-year-old Tony Brooks. Brooks' severed head was found in the back of Baldwin's truck on Monday. The remainder of his body was found Wednesday near Ponca City.
Baldwin is expected back in court at the end of November.
