A group of Green Country property owners are suing Arkansas-based Tyson Foods. They're accusing Tyson of polluting their lake.

The property owners live along the shores of Grand Lake in Mayes County. They've filed a class-action lawsuit, claiming Tyson is dumping wastewater containing chicken parts and blood into a river in Missouri, which feeds the lake. An attorney for the property owners says the number of plaintiffs could number into the thousands.

Tyson says it won't comment until it sees a copy of the lawsuit.
