(Weatherford-AP) -- Gerome Castleberry rushed for 144 yards and two touchdowns as East Central beat Southwestern 28-to-9 yesterday in Weatherford.

The Tigers improve to 3-and-3 overall and 2-and-1 in the Lone Star Conference, while the loss drops the Bulldogs to 2-and-4 overall and 1-and-4 in the conference.

Southwestern's Jimmy Jenkins rushed for 143 yards and a touchdown.
