A Tulsa minister wants to become the city's mayor. Bishop Carlton Pearson will make it official October 16th.

Pearson is the pastor of Tulsa's Higher Dimension church. He'll run as a Republican. And so joins, Bill Lafortune, Ray McCollum, Chuck McKinnon and Terry Simonson on the primary ballot.

Gary Watts and Paul Tay are the only announced Democrats.
