(Peru, Nebraska-AP) -- Tommy Aldana threw for two touchdowns and rushed for another to lead Peru State (Nebraska) to a 30-to-6 win over Panhandle State.

Aldana was 11-of-21 for 184 yards, including a 70-yard TD pass to Matt Beck and a 34-yard scoring strike to Scott Beveridge.

Peru State improves to 2-and-2 on the season with the win, while Panhandle State falls to 0-and-3. Panhandle State's only score came in the fourth quarter, a 9-yard touchdown reception by Billy Joe Thomas.
