Children across the country have each done their part to deal with the tragedies of past week, and Tulsa second graders are no exception.
Using only construction paper, yarn, and their own imaginations, children at Academy Central Elementary have each created a panel of their own design. These panels were then sewn together to create a patchwork quilt of sympathy, in the form of an American flag.
They plan to ship the quilt to victims of the terrorist attack.
