Some prairie dogs at center of controversy in Bixby are in a new home. Prairie dog rescuers moved the animals from Bixby to Wynnewood, primarily for safety purposes.

They say the animals were in danger of becoming overweight because onlookers were feeding them junk food, lots of donuts and pizza. The new living space consists of 20 man-made holes that the animals can nestle in to.

So far the new tenants appear to have no complaints!
