Prosecutors have charged 2 people in the kidnapping of a Tulsa boy. Keith Nelson and Melissa Ann Jordan are accused of abducting and assaulting the boy last Wednesday in North Tulsa.

The boy told police that Nelson had accused him of stealing a stereo, and then bit him on the face. The boy was released about an hour later.

Nelson is also wanted in Missouri for endangering his 9-week-old daughter. Authorities say he failed to stop his girlfriend from abusing the baby, who died of injuries in 1997.
