The accident happen just before 9:00 Tuesday morning near around I-44 and the Broken Arrow expressway.

Reports indicate that the Marshall Allston's car had broken down, and he was struck as he walked across the on-ramp. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.

Police are investigating an auto-pedestrian accident on the expressway, but so far no citations have been issued.
