Speaking of going above and beyond, kudos to Troop 'B' of the Highway Patrol. They received awards Friday for leading the state last year in the number of drug and alcohol arrests. A total of 206 felony arrests and 681 misdemeanor drug arrests as well as 725-alcohol arrests.
