The State of Oklahoma failed to file charges in a timely manner against two people arrested in connection with the death of an east Tulsa convenience store owner. And so 18-year-old Ebony Gray and 20-year-old Andrew Thomas were released Wednesday.
They were arrested last week in connection with the death of Abid Al-Sharif. Al-Sharif was shot and killed in May while working at the C-Mart convenience store near 11th and Highway 169.
