Police are also investigating a shooting at a Tulsa apartment complex. Officers were called to the apartments just west of Garnett around five Tuesday morning.

Police say a couple was involved in a domestic dispute outside in the parking lot. That's when a neighbor approached the couple to defend the woman. Witnesses say at that point, the neighbor began arguing with the other man and shot him in self-defense.

The victim was transported to the hospital, his injuries are not life-threatening. Police are still looking for the suspect.
