(Arlington, Texas-AP) -- A roller coaster carried them up -- but more than two dozen passengers had to walk back down Wednesday, when the ride got stuck at Six Flags Over Texas near Dallas.
Some cars of the huge Titan roller coaster came to a stop on top of the 245-foot-high ride.
The passengers carefully made their way down a walkway to safety, more than a half hour after getting stuck.
Nobody was hurt. But everyone got plenty of sun, on a bright 90-degree-plus day.
Cars on the Titan, which opened this spring, drop at 85 miles an hour, and rush into a 120-foot-long tunnel.
The ride is touted as one of the biggest roller coasters in the Southwest.
