(Edmond-AP) -- Tennis action continues today at the Edmond Medical Center USTA Tournament.

In Thursday's action, unseeded Lauren Kalvaria upset second-seeded Young-Ja Choi in singles action. Kalvaria will face Catrina Thompson today for a spot in the semifinals.

Top-seeded Mi-Ra Jeon advanced by beating Michelle Dasso. Jeon will face Julie Ditty today for a semifinal spot.

In doubles, the wild-card team of Sara Walker and Lauren Fisher Walker upset the top-seeded team of Choi and Jeon.

The tournament is being played at the Kickingbird Tennis Center and is free and open to the public.
