BROKEN ARROW, Okla. (AP) _ A Broken Arrow man has been arrested for a new kind of road rage.

Mark Steven Osko, 48, is accused of injury to a highway.

Police arrested Osko after he broke up a section of fresh curbing with a sledge hammer. A Broken Arrow city inspector photographed him as he busted the new curb, a police report said.

Witnesses told police Osko demolished the curb because his truck had hit it earlier the same day.

A 3-feet section of the curb was shattered to pieces.
