Drug charges have been dismissed against a Broken Arrow man accused of growing marijuana in his home.

Neal Day was arrested last month and charged with cultivation of marijuana and two counts of possessing a stolen vehicle. Police say they found large marijuana plants growing in Day's home as well as cultivation equipment.

Assistant DA Ed Snow says the case is being dismissed because it needs to be investigated further. Day's attorney has asked that evidence in the case be suppressed because of problems with the search warrant.
