STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) _ Cheyne Gadson scored 18 points and junior college transfer Tony Allen added 16 as Oklahoma State beat Global Sports 86-63 Tuesday night in the Cowboys' first exhibition game.
Oklahoma State got double-digit scoring from five players and shot 60 percent from the field for the game.
OSU didn't hit the 60 percent mark in any game last season.
The Cowboys got 15 steals as Global Sports made 27 turnovers overall.
Senior Victor Williams chipped in 13 points, and Melvin Sanders and Janavor Weatherspoon each scored 10.
George Banks had 17 points to lead Global Sports.
Seven-footer Frans Steyn, playing in his first ever organized basketball game, had five points and a rebound for OSU.
