Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City made the switch Tuesday morning, to federally trained airport screeners.
The airport joins 122 of the nation's airports to change from private companies to the federal system. About 23,000 screeners have received federal training, five thousand of them here in Oklahoma.
Tulsa International Airport plans to make the change within the next two weeks.
