Think the Oklahoma climate isn't suitable for penguins. Think again, because soon, they will be all over town.

It's all part of the Tulsa Zoo's Penguins on Parade. The penguins aren't ready to go yet, they must be "adopted" by a sponsor first. Then they will get a makeover from a local artist.

And finally, on November 1st, the penguins go on display for the entire city to enjoy.
