Another person faces prison time for the murder of a Tulsa grocery worker.

Khalil Abbus pleaded guilty to a second-degree murder charge in the death of Jon Chadwick. Prosecutors have recommended a 27-year prison term. Chadwick was killed when he tried to keep a group of men from stealing beer from the Albertsons on Brookside.

Tommie Lee Price admitted firing the shot that struck Chadwick in the head. Price was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole.
