His controversial arrest in Oklahoma City was caught on tape, now Donald Pete is making news in the Oklahoma County courthouse.

Pete and his attorney appeared before a judge Tuesday fighting to subpoena 15 Oklahoma City Police officers and their reports, including the OKC Police Internal Affairs report which the DA has.

The judge denied the requests. Now Pete's next move, challenge the constitutionality of the law he's charged with.
