(Oklahoma-AP) -- A drunk driver who killed a four-year-old girl and her grandmother was sentenced to at least 13 years in jail.

But LaVonna Kelly says she hoped for a tougher sentence for Richard Charles Bryant. Kelly says the loss of her daughter, Riannah Renee Barton, and mother, Etna Marie Sharon, has shattered the family.

Police say Bryant was driving 98 miles-per-hour with a blood-alcohol level more than twice the legal limit when he struck Sharon's S-U-V from behind.

The S-U-V was pinned against a wall and Sharon and Barton were trapped inside as the vehicle burned.

Bryant was sentenced today to 13 years in jail for each death and four years for leaving the scene of fatal accident. A judge will decide if he'll serve the sentences concurrently.
