Tulsa Police say they have a man in jail who raped a woman inside her home, in front of her six-month-old baby.

Police say Brian Tilley entered the woman's house through a sliding glass patio door and started licking her face and neck. Officers say when she screamed; Tilley pointed a gun at her, pushed the six-month-old baby off the bed and sexually assaulted the woman.

A witness saw the suspect go into a nearby apartment. Officers arrested him 10 minutes later and the victim positively identified him as the attacker.
